Ron Kaplan, President & Broker

Ron Kaplan is a life long resident of Orange County, California with sixteen years of experience in all facets of real estate investing.

Ron graduated from the U.S.C. From 1998 through 2005, Ron and a business partner owned a real estate investment company called K&S Diversified Investments, Inc. that specialized in hard money loan origination as well as the purchase and collection of distressed real estate and non-performing loans. The company purchased, rehabbed and sold numerous foreclosure properties throughout Southern California, and managed a portfolio of rental properties in seven states from coast to coast.

Currently, as the President & Broker of Record for Equity Investments Group, Ron works closely on a day to day basis with both the company's borrowers and investors. With his expertise in title, foreclosure and valuation he is also personally involved in the acquisition and disposition of all the company's real estate related assets.
