Equity Investments Group is looking for long-term business partners rather than one-time investors.  To foster these business relationships we offer the opportunity for our investors to make consistent double-digit returns over the course of many years. The yields our investors earn usually range between 11% and 20% annualized.

Our company originates new loans and purchases distressed notes & real estate at discounted prices.  As a full service Real Estate Brokerage, we create a truly passive income source for our investors while they enjoy an exceptional yield. The returns on our investments vary depending on the location of the real estate, the amount of protective equity, and the general risk level associated with any particular investment.

Our investors' funds are always secured with recorded Trust Deeds, Assignments, or Deeds to real estate. Our entire business model is based on equity in the underlying real estate. Investors’ funds are always secured by equity or an ownership interest in residential property. On trust deed investments the CLTV is kept to 70% or less, and in most cases the CLTV is under 65%.

We implement our expertise by handling the many daily details of real estate investing for our investors. Using this model our investors enjoy a high level of security while at the same time obtaining an attractive double-digit yield.
